Matthew S. Lloyd, President, has project development, project management, and contract negotiation experience. A graduate of Calhoon MEBA Engineering School, Mr. Lloyd is directly responsible for all business development efforts, client contact, proposal generation and presentations for Facility Condition Assessments. Mr. Lloyd is the Business Unit Director of Entech’s Facilities Condition Assessment Group. Functioning in this capacity, he provides the necessary oversight and resources for the performance of successful assessments, while providing a continuing high level of customer service. Mr. Lloyd began his career with Entech in 1985. |
Jeffrey C. Euclide, PE CEM, Executive Vice President, has been instrumental in setting the direction of the firm’s project and construction management philosophy and directs the Facilities Planning and Design team. He has project experience with utility, industrial, pharmaceutical, and institutional clients. He has managed a multitude of projects involving architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural design brought to fruition by a strong construction management approach. He holds an MBA from Kutztown University and a BSME from Penn State University. Mr. Euclide is a registered professional in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. Mr. Euclide began his career with Entech in 1984. Mr. Euclide has completed the prescribed standards of the Association of Energy Engineers and is a Certified Energy Manager. |
Michael J. Daschbach, PE, Vice President and Principal, has civil engineering experience, with an emphasis in stormwater, potable water and wastewater treatment systems, and natural gas engineering. He provides technical expertise on all phases of civil and environmental engineering projects. He has functioned as project engineer/manager on a variety of challenging projects and his responsibilities include: pilot studies, facility design, process engineering, preparation of construction plans and specifications, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and design reports. Mr. Daschbach also assists clients with regulatory and permit compliance. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Penn State University, is a registered professional engineer in Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Water Works Association, and the Water Environment Federation. |
David H. Feick, IESNA, Principal/Project Executive, has overseen many of the firm’s institutional projects, particularly those involving historic preservation. He attended Penn State University and is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, as well as the National Trust for Historic Preservation. With a background in electrical engineering design, he has over thirty-five years of experience in the consulting profession, providing expertise in preparing project plans and specifications for the construction industry. At Entech, Mr. Feick oversees multi-disciplined project teams, bringing strong leadership skills to each of his projects and directing the efforts of our qualified professionals in a way that addresses the goals and objectives of each client and project. |
Scott M. Carl, Sr., Principal, has a B.S. in business management as well as two Associate degrees in electrical engineering technology and science. He has accumulated years of project management and construction management experience in a wide variety of water, wastewater, and municipal related projects. Mr. Carl possesses intimate knowledge and extensive experience in the design, permitting, project financing and construction management of water and wastewater related projects. He has also assisted several municipalities, authorities, and cities in successfully securing over $70 million in low interest loans and grants and has managed over 250 major projects through the feasibility, design, construction, and start-up phase. He is a member of the American Water Works Association, Pennsylvania Rural Water Association, Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association, Water Works Operators’ Association of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs and Townships. |
Robert J. Weir, PE, Principal, earned a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering technology from Penn State University. He has received certification in OSHA Standards Training in the following areas: Confined Space Entry, Demolition, PPE, Electrical, Excavation, Trenching and Shoring. He is also a PA DEP-Certified Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO). With environmental engineering experience, Mr. Weir has assisted with watershed management and acid mine drainage abatement with PADEP Bureau of Mining and Reclamation and in stormwater management, water distribution modeling, and design of wastewater collection systems and pumping stations. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in various types of permitting for PADEP and PennDOT. Mr. Weir is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. |
