Pennsylvania Increases Bid Base Amounts

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has announced new public project cost thresholds required for public bids. The thresholds have increased 1.7% from 2014 and have taken effect January 1, 2015. Most government entity projects will require a written bid when the project totals more than $19,400 in 2015.
