Facility Condition Assessments

FM-Assistant© (FMA) is an application developed by Entech that allows our clients to access their FCA Databases online and is provided fully populated with all FCA information. This easy-to-use and maintain database accelerates the organization and communication associated with the analysis, budgeting, and planning of facilities management.

To organize and summarize project data representing multiple buildings on a campus or situated at various locations, FMA utilizes a pivot table with hyperlinks to individual project pages. The project pages contain the deficiency and solution information, as well as the scheduled years, urgencies, and other tabulated data. The power of FMA lies in its ability to sum up the project and program totals into cumulative reports. These include Facilities Reports on individual buildings, as a well as Roll-Up Reports for activities campus-wide.

FMA can be customized to meet the individual needs of each client as requested. Enhancements to FMA have included the Project Location CAFM interface, Asset Collection Data tables, IT Inventory Data, Historic Preservation Information Database, Master Planning Modules, and a five-Year CIP forecasting Module.
