Beginning in 2007, Entech Engineering, Inc. has provided Tower Investments with a range of technical architectural and engineering expert witness consulting services for mixed-use residential properties in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties and Manayunk neighborhoods. As an advocate for the interests of the client, Entech has performed a series of facility condition assessment services; punchlist construction close-out review; construction document interpretation; and deficiency cost estimating. Entech’s investigation and findings are held in the strictest confidence.

The Piazza

Located in Northern Liberties, The Piazza is an AIA Award winning five acre, three building mixed-use complex. Entech was involved in a post-construction facility condition assessment; punchlist construction close-out review; and related expert witness services.

Bridge 5

Bridge 5 is a high-rise tower located on the banks of the Schuylkill River in the Manayunk Section of Philadelphia. Entech was retained to review the existing building and focus on validating proposed solutions to punchlist construction close-out review items.

Ortlieb’s Brewery

The old Ortlieb’s Brewery site in Northern Liberties is slated for development as part of Tower Investments’ strategy for Northern Liberties. Entech was asked to review the schematic designs for the proposed construction and provide an Expert Opinion on Cost Ranges for construction.
