Jeffrey C. Euclide, PE
President

 

Jeff has been instrumental in setting the direction of the firm’s project and construction management philosophy and directs the Facilities Planning and Design Group. He has project experience with utility, industrial, pharmaceutical, and institutional clients and has managed a multitude of projects involving architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural design brought to fruition by a strong construction management approach. He holds an MBA from Kutztown University and a BSME from The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Euclide began his career with Entech in 1984. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Wisconsin, and Washington, DC and is a Certified Energy Manager, having completed the prescribed standards of the Association of Energy Engineers.


Mathew S. Lloyd
Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board

Matt has project development, project management, and contract negotiation experience. A graduate of Calhoon MEBA Engineering School, Mr. Lloyd is directly responsible for all business development efforts, client contact, proposal generation and presentations for Facility Condition Assessments. Mr. Lloyd is the Business Unit Director of Entech’s Facilities Condition Assessment Group. Functioning in this capacity, he provides the necessary oversight and resources for the performance of successful assessments, while providing a continuing high level of customer service. Mr. Lloyd began his career with Entech in 1985.


Robert J. Weir, PE
Vice President

 

Robert (Bob) earned a Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering technology from The Pennsylvania State University. With extensive experience in the environmental and municipal engineering field, he oversees the planning, regulatory interface, preliminary/final design, and construction administration of a wide range of diverse civil and environmental projects. Additionally, he oversees the firm’s Civil and Environmental Resources technical products. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the Water Environment Federation (WEF), and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Mr. Weir began his career with Entech in 1998.


Lenette C. Wells, AIA
Principal

 

Lenette is Director of Entech’s Architectural Department and President of Entech Architectural Services, Inc. As a registered architect, preservation consultant, and LEED AP®, Ms. Wells works seamlessly with Entech’s engineering disciplines to incorporate energy-efficient systems into buildings, while offering clients clear guidance on sustainable materials and design options. She has contributed to numerous projects, including many focused on preservation, rehabilitation, renovation, and adaptive reuse of structures. Ms. Wells holds an MS degree in Historic Preservation from The University of Pennsylvania and a BArch from the University of Kansas. She is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Wells began her career with Entech in 2007.


Scott J. Compton, AIA
Principal

 

Scott is Senior Project Manager for the Facility Condition Assessment group, and board member of Entech Architectural Services, Inc. As a Registered Architect with broad experience in land development, planning and zoning policies, Mr. Compton manages the implementation of facilities strategic, capital and energy planning, ADA barrier assessment, and facility assessment services for governmental and higher education clients. Mr. Compton holds a BArch degree from Temple University and is a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania and Washington D.C., an NCARB Certificate Holder, and a LEED AP®. A Past-President of AIA Eastern Pennsylvania, Mr. Compton continues to serve the professional community as an Alternate Member of the AIA Pennsylvania Board of Directors. Mr. Compton began his career with Entech in 2007.


Bryon A. Killian, PE
Principal

 

Bryon serves as a project manager and plays a key role in developing strong business relationships with our clients as he is directly responsible for all business development efforts, client contact, proposal generation, and presentations for our civil/environmental work. He has been involved in a variety of wastewater, water, and stormwater projects involving design, development of contract documents and technical reports, project documentation, data analysis, permit applications, system evaluations, operations, and construction services. Mr. Killian holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Certified Wastewater Operator and a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. Mr. Killian began his career with Entech in 2002.


Bryan C. Haag, PE
Principal

 

Bryan serves as a project manager with experience in engineering analysis, cost estimates and energy savings estimates for existing or problematic building systems. Mr. Haag has extensive experience performing energy audits and modeling and simulating energy use to identify opportunities to conserve energy through upgrades to existing building equipment and operations. As a mechanical engineer, he is also experienced in designing plumbing, sprinkler, chilled water, hot water, and steam systems. Mr. Haag graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Focus. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in PA and a LEED AP®. Mr. Haag began his career with Entech in 2003.


Tanner A. Sattler, PG
Principal

 

Tanner manages all of Entech’s natural gas services and deliverables. As a licensed professional geologist in Pennsylvania, holding a Masters of Geology from West Virginia University, Mr. Sattler provides direct technical expertise in pipeline routing and field coordination, environmental, permitting, hydrogeological specifications, and other natural gas infrastructure services. Mr. Sattler has been with Entech since 2009.
