The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) requires that all docket and permit holders who discharge effluent within the Delaware River Basin, monitor discharge levels and file annual reports to the DRBC.

Completing the Annual Effluent Monitoring Report (AEMR) will satisfy your required reporting with the DRBC. The filing is due by January 31, 2020 for calendar year 2019. The DRBC has created a spreadsheet reporting form to ease submissions.

AEMR submissions should be emailed to: aemr@drbc.nj.gov
