DRBC Reports Due: AEMR - 1/31/23; Water Audits - 3/31/23

It’s that time of year again… Time for your annual reports to Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC)! The DRBC requires that all docket and permit holders who withdraw water or discharge effluent within the Delaware River Basin to file annual reports. Here’s a quick rundown to get you started.

For Effluent Dischargers:

Throughout the previous year you must monitor discharge levels and file the aptly named, Annual Effluent Monitoring Report (AEMR) by January 31, 2023.

For Public Water Suppliers:

If you are permitted to withdraw 100,000+ gallons per day during any 30-day period, you must complete a DRBC Water Audit by March 31, 2023.
