READING, PA — Entech Engineering, Inc. (Entech) has been selected by the Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association (EPWPCOA) to receive the Joseph N. McKenna Memorial Service Award, which recognizes a firm for its technical and financial contributions to the Association. The award was presented at EPWPCOA’s meeting hosted by the Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority (DELCORA) on November 14, 2025.

Entech’s multidisciplinary teams have collaborated with utilities and authorities throughout the region to plan, design, and implement resilient water, wastewater, and stormwater projects that safeguard public health and the environment.
“On behalf of our entire team, we’re honored to receive the McKenna Memorial Service Award,” said Robert J. This recognition underscores the value of partnering with those operators in the field; sharing expertise, listening to needs, and helping deliver reliable solutions for the communities we all serve.”
