The winners were celebrated at an event hosted by Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business on December 4 at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square Hotel.
This marks the firm’s seventh consecutive year on the prestigious list, which honors Pennsylvania employers who excel in creating and maintaining positive, rewarding workplace environments.
The Best Places to Work in PA program, managed by Best Companies Group, evaluates companies based on employee feedback and workplace policies, with results derived from a comprehensive two-part assessment that weighs employee experience as 75% of the total score.
