the process, at a glance

  1. The assessment begins with pre-planning. It's where our guidance, perspective, and experience is synchronized with your ideas, scope, and goals, through leadership and collaboration. This lays the foundation of understanding amongst the team and paves the way to a successful project outcome, where you’ll have the information, reporting, and analysis to answer you and your stakeholders’ questions, after the condition assessment.
  2. The assessment team(s) take to the field with a clear understanding of what data to survey and collect, and how to prioritize and categorize needs. They perform the on-site assessment, photographing and documenting observed, deferred maintenance, capital renewals, and other defined conditions, like code compliance, energy opportunities, ADA, asset collection and barcoding, space utilization, capital improvements, and more.
  3. Projects are created and reviewed, while the database and reports are customized and programmed to deliver the real-time information you need to make decisions in succinct and sharable formats.
  4. The final facility condition assessment reports, data, and analyses are delivered, and database training is provided, with (optional) reoccurring data maintenance, analysis, and support meetings with us to help you keep the information current. This will help you answer the tough questions during future budgeting and funding cycles and track your progress, while you protect your investment in your facilities’ data.
