Energy Savings Agreements - provide performance-based payment models with moderate capital requirements, balancing risk between you and the service provider through single-contract implementation.

Energy as a Service (EaaS) - delivers comprehensive service packages with performance-based agreements, where the provider owns equipment for the service term and assumes responsibility for maintenance and performance risk.
