Ownership

Since 1991, Entech has invited key employees to become owners of the company. That ownership model continues today, currently with more than 25% of our employees owning shares of the company.  This ownership model is fairly unique for a professional consulting firm, but the result positively impacts our company culture. Our people behave as business owners because many are! This ownership model leads to many benefits, including the following:

  • Sustainable Ownership - Our leadership team consists of principals who are all employees that became shareholders over their careers at Entech.  We intentionally develop a diverse group of company leaders to work together to lead the company.  As senior team members retire, the next generation of leaders are trained and ready to take their place.  We call this “sustainable ownership” because the company is poised to smoothly transition ownership from one generation to the next.
  • Top Talent – Owning and being a leader in a business is generally not a primary consideration for technical professionals.  But, at Entech, those who develop their leadership skills may find an opportunity to be more involved with the business.  This opportunity can be very rewarding, and so our ownership model provides an additional means to attract, retain and engage top talent.
  • Unrivaled Commitment – Having a team of engaged employees and owners results in unrivaled service to our customers.  Our employees understand how important it is for the Entech team to help our clients be successful.

Our ownership model drives our culture. Our team is fully engaged and totally focused on helping our clients make more informed decisions.  It’s our mission, it’s our business!

"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader."

-John Quincy Adams

"Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others."

-John Maxwell
