Regional Community Leadership Extended: Kirsten Deysher Reappointed to BCIDA and Continues as Berks Nature Board Chair

READING, PA – Entech Engineering, Inc. (Entech) announces that Kirsten Deysher, Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, has been reappointed to the Berks County Industrial Development Authority (BCIDA) for a new five-year term by the Berks County Board of Commissioners, reinforcing her role in advancing economic development financing, industrial and commercial redevelopment, and long-term infrastructure investment across Berks County.

In addition to her BCIDA reappointment, Deysher is entering her second year as Chair of the Board of Directors for Berks Nature, where she continues to provide strategic leadership and governance for one of the region’s most influential conservation organizations.

Deysher’s leadership uniquely bridges environmental conservation and economic development, aligning responsible growth with long-term community and environmental resilience. Through her roles at Entech, BCIDA, and Berks Nature, Deysher continues to help shape how Berks County approaches growth, conservation, and long-term sustainability.
