Projects

Overview

Entech was selected to conduct a Facility Condition Assessment for due diligence purposes of the Glassboro Student Housing facilities, which include a bookstore and three housing units totaling 490,000 square feet. Building systems were evaluated for life expectancy, and a full report was delivered, providing detailed descriptions of deficiencies, recommended projects, and associated estimated project costs.

The University again contracted with Entech to perform an additional Facility Condition Assessment of selected facilities on the Glassboro Campus. The facilities surveyed included their central utilities plant, a gas meter house, facilities and maintenance shops, a greenhouse, a dormitory, as well as classroom, office, and theater buildings. The square footage surveyed totaled approximately 472,000.

In addition, an assessment was performed for the Education and Research Building located in Camden, New Jersey. The survey comprised an additional 69,000 square feet for a total of over 1M square feet of assessed space.
